Elevated Dining

The Preston is an unexpected paradise for those with an appreciation of fine food and wine.
Rotating seasonal menus focus on fresh ingredients, many sourced from the nearby Dallas Farmers’ Market, and a team of classically trained executive chefs and pastry chefs create homemade pasta, sauces, desserts, and more by hand. Residents will appreciate the taste of Texas that has been infused throughout our premium wine and beer offerings, steaks and chops, and more.


Residents, families, and friends alike will savor meals and moments in stylish venues such as Sherry Lane Bistro, a casual bar and cafe; and Craddock’s, a full bar and lounge. The pinnacle of The Preston culinary experience is Signatures, a white-linen fine-dining restaurant with an open exhibition kitchen and wood-burning brick hearth, in-house sommelier, pastry chef, and elegant wine cellar for tastings and pairings—including hand-selected Texas wines along with premium vintages. Three private dining rooms are available for catered events and gatherings, and room service is available daily. 

Sherry Lane Bistro

Bistro fare with an elevated bar and wine list, Sherry Lane uses a farm-to-table approach with the freshest ingredients coupled with an inspiring backdrop.

Signatures Restaurant

At lunch, Signatures features familiar popular comfort foods, with an elevated twist. From a turkey club to a fishcake “BLT” slider, daily lunch entrees are served with soup or house salad and dessert, which is never to be passed up!

Craddock’s

The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, with a full bar and lounge, serving hearty but casual fare. 

Private Dining

Our chefs’ private dinners tend to be leisurely and long–after all, our residents are used to enjoying four or five courses, with wines hand-selected by our sommelier, from our wine cellar. Start with an amuse bouche, whet your palate with a Humboldt Fog goat cheese and foraged greens salad, savor a few more courses, then lean in to braised short ribs with forest mushroom ragout. Memorable meals for moments to be savored.
